Before a montage, an investor should do the following things:

. Make a foundation according to the project putting pressure on keeping levels (with tolerance +/-2mm)
. Hook up a water on a building lot
. Make possible to get on building lot for 18 meter long vehicle (T.I.R.)
. Make a ground clear for wood materials
. Secure the material against steal or devastation

Prices showed in price list for wooden construction are net . You also have to add 15% of construction worth for montage.

Financial and material resource planning

. 1st Instalment - 50% of contract worth, during signing a contract.
. 2nd Instalment - 40 % of contract worth when bales and other wooden materials arrive at building lot.
. 3rd Instalment - 10% of contract worth after the montage is finished
