Our wood materials come from Belarus. Bales which are being used for building living houses are made from trees which have several ten years. For this period of time it was possible to stratify a good amount of wood grains which are responsible for very good thermal isolation. The minimum diameter of bale which is used for building a living house is 20cm. The thickness of this specific material is bigger than thickness of board. Our bales are made from pine trees and are being natural and mechanical dry until they get wetness about 14-18%. They are also being tentatively waterproof in a factory and than on your building site.
We are making our buildings in two techniques:
HANDMADE TECHNIQUE - (with an axe), bales have diameter between 22cm and 25cm.
All of the works is made by hands in this technique. A bark is removed with an axe, cutter are also made with axe. All of this makes a building more folklore. Restaurants and Stables are mostly made in this technique.
MECHANICAL TECHNIQUE - (with machine), bales have diameter between 20cm and 25cm.
In this technique every single bale has the same diameter. They are even and equal surface. Living houses and holiday cottages are mostly made in this technique.
If you consider a heat in our houses a K rate for walls with diameter of 20cm is equal to K=0,5W/m2k. Outside, supporting and inside walls are made with the same thickness. |
